2. Nature of Simulation & Zero Monetary Value

This software is a purely educational and entertainment-based browser physics simulation illustrating Yarra River conservation challenges. All points, energy pools, scores, and virtual items possess zero monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services, and represent no financial assets whatsoever.

The simulation is completely free-to-play with no in-app purchases, microtransactions, or monetary deposits required or accepted.

3. Intellectual Property

All graphical assets, custom simulation code, branding, and text content on this site are the exclusive property of Wiselunor Pty Ltd or licensed for use under professional standards. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiselunor Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from browser incompatibility, internet connectivity issues, or simulation downtime.
